AKAIO 1.6 RC2

A new release candidate of AKAIO has been released! Featuring homebrew soft-reset.

In this release there was alot of behind the scenes changes including but not limited to upgrading the toolchain and the back-end libraries this could have flow on effects that may result in unforeseen bugs (Hence the RC name).
